形態特徵

• Rhizomes short-creeping, with tufted fronds, scaly.
• Stipes castaneous, 14-19 cm long, scaly at base, clothed thoughout with scatttered pale spreading hairs; laminae lanceolate-ovate, 19-31 cm long, 9-16 cm wide; pinnae to about 15 pairs, oblong, 4-9 cm long, 1.1-1.5 cm wide, bearing spreading needle-like pale hairs, the lowest slightly reduced but always deflexed. Sori usually borne close to costae; indusia covered with needle-like hairs.
• Spores abortive.
